Payment Terms

100% prepayment is required before arrival.

The rental price includes clean accommodation on arrival, gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi internet.

Taxes not included – Tourist Tax Schouwen-Duiveland

Fees not included – Cleaning fee

Check-in / Check-out Arrangements

We offer contactless self-check-in. Details will be shared with you before arrival.

All guests must depart by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be possible but must be arranged in advance — at least one day before departure.

Booking Modifications

All modifications are subject to availability and applicable charges. If a date change is possible, the original rate may change and a higher rate may apply. The difference in price must be paid at the time of confirming the change.

Christmas & New Year Bookings

For any stay that includes a night between 23 December and 3 January (inclusive), the booking is fully prepaid and non-refundable. Payment will be taken at the time of booking. No changes or cancellations are allowed.

Payment Policy

Payment of 100% of the total amount is required before arrival.

If a third-party credit card is used, prior approval is needed, and a signed authorization form must be completed according to our third-party payment terms.

We reserve the right to charge or pre-authorize your credit card at any time after booking, for any amount up to the full value of your reservation, including extras. Pre-authorization is used to securely guarantee funds for your stay.
