Houserules
House Access
Guests must be 25 years or older. If under 25, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone invited by a guest.
For stays of two weeks or longer, the house will receive a housekeeping service halfway through.
We kindly ask all guests to regularly deposit rubbish in the bins located by the sheds. Please place recyclables in the orange bin and glass in the container opposite the small shop (50m away).
Clean Atmosphere Policy
All of our houses are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere inside the house. Ignoring this policy will result in a minimum charge of €250, plus any additional costs needed to restore the house to its original condition.
Internet Policy
Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. Please do not download any illegal content during your stay.
Personal Items
We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or destruction of personal belongings, including vehicles, brought onto the property.
Damage to Property
Damage beyond normal wear and tear that affects re-rental may incur cleaning or replacement costs. This is at the discretion of management and guest services. Charges will be made to the credit or debit card provided at the time of reservation. We will always aim to repair any damage internally to minimise costs to our guests.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property if they show a lack of care, cause damage, or disrupt the atmosphere, guest experience, or business reputation. This includes, but is not limited to: smoking indoors, breakages, drug or alcohol misuse, property damage, or unreasonable disturbance to other guests.
