Cancellation Policy
Before booking, please check that you’re happy with the cancellation policy.
100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel before 16:00, 14 days before arrival.
50% refund of the amount paid (minus €30.00 service charge) if you cancel before 16:00, 7 days before arrival.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival or if you do not show up.
Non-refundable and promotional rates
These bookings are charged in full when confirmed.
If you cancel a non-refundable booking made directly with us less than 7 days before arrival, we may offer a credit note valid for 6 months.
Booking changes
Changes, including date changes, are subject to availability and may result in a different rate.
